Food Business Management gives students the experience in making and evaluating food as well as in the economics and commercial operations of food processing. A special synthesis of biology, engineering, chemistry, economics, and marketing is found in food business management. In addition to building a foundation in economics and food processing business operations, the Food Business Management program will offer experience in food creation and analysis. Along the process, the students will have the chance to work with and learn from professionals in the fields of economics, food product marketing, fruits and vegetables, meats and dairy products, sales, and food safety.
