ACTIVITIES DURING 2009-10

· Summer Training programme on “Immuno-Molecular Diagnosis and Characterization of Bio-Molecules by using Bioinformatics and Biotechnology Tools” was organized from June 16^th to July 06, 2009 for graduate and post-graduate students of Biotechnology and Bioinformatics.

· Collaborative research projects

· Participation in seminars and symposia on Biotechnology

· Strengthening of the Infrastructure facility

· Traineeship and Studentship is awarded for strengthening the research and training activities in the area of bioinformatics biotechnology

· Research projects on post graduate and post-doctoral level were formulated and implemented in the area of bioinformatics

· Preparation of E- lectures for M.Tech Biotechnology

· The graduate and post-graduate courses were offered and the required teaching and practical support was provided.
